BedBug Heat Solutions of Florida customer reviews

Mom needed regular pest control services and other small jobs around the house. Larry was professional, prompt, respectful, and goes over and beyond his basic services. He is conscientious of mom’s financial limits. If there is an issue he returns promptly to remedy it. Mom paid a very reasonable annual fee for Larry’s services. I highly recommend this company.

Larry is very informative and we had him come to our new house and he checked everything before he gave us the estimate. We definitely will be using his services!

I cannot say enough great things about Bed Bug Heat Solutions! From the very first contact, they have been professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and made sure all of my concerns were addressed without rushing, or unneeded upselling, just honest and thorough service. We had ongoing pest issues that other companies couldn’t fully resolve, but this one handled it quickly and effectively. The results were noticeable almost immediately, and the peace of mind has been priceless. Their customer service truly stands out as friendly, dependable, and clearly committed to doing the job right. If you’re in Spring Hill or surrounding areas and need pest control you can actually trust, this is the company to call. Highly recommend!

Larry is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He got the job done and done right!

I had the dreaded bed bugs. I had several companies come out. Larry was the first to come out. He was very informative and axplained how he could instantly kill all the bugs in the house by heating it up with commercial heaters. Basically getting it hot enough that they die immediately. The other two companies didn't have the equipment to heat it up. They both just use harmful pesticides that also said it could take over a month to kill them all. It's a no Brainer for my decision. They came out the following day and did the job professionally. Now it's been 4 months and never saw another bedbug. Just the thought of them makes my skin crawl.

Wonderful company, owned by a a great guy who wants to assess your needs and not try to sell more than what you need. He made sure that everything was safe and sound from the spiders.

Larry was very professional, on time & provided excellent service! I no longer have bugs!

Larry was very personable. Did an amazing job. Went above and beyond to make sure there were no more issues in my rental property. I would recommend him to everyone and anyone in need. I would use him over again if there is a need but hoping not. He was very reasonably priced. I called around and most places were double if not more. He came highly recommended to me and I am highly recommening him to others. Thank you again.

I can't say enough about our tech Larry, I was very impressed with how knowledgeable, thorough, professional and polite he was. Having bedbugs is obviously a very stressful and frustrating situation but Larry's calm demeanor and clear expertise quickly calmed me down and made a horrible situation much easier. We had it done 6 months ago and still bedbug free!!

Thank you Platinum Pest Control for coming out as quick as you did. I just recently moved back into my home and needed the house to be treated for ants and other little pest. Within two days there were no more trails. Not only did you assure me that you would take care of my yard, you were able to trim down the branches hanging over my house from the neighbors trees to help with eliminating unwanted pest and bugs from having easy access to my house and roof area. Thank you so much for your speediness and good quality care! I would highly recommend this company to anyone!!
